Should I be foam rollering
This is an interesting question and one you would probably like a definitive answer to.

A meta analysis  on the effects of foam rollering (T Wiewelhove,2019) found  that evidence seems to justify the widespread use of foam rolling as a warm-up activity rather than a recovery tool.

My own feelings about foam rollering are that it needs to be an informed process. Over zealous rollering may bruise muscle fibres, it also needs to be done in the right places to be effective and therefore, I would guide you to seek advice from your therapist on the best soft tissue techniques for your own particular issues.
However, I would also guide you towards regular soft tissue work done by a qualified and informed therapist, which may better help you learn where those issues might be.
